I had almost forgotten how insane this country had become when I caught wind of this story on CNN. Yes that's right we had put one of the most famous humanitarians that's still kicking on our terrorism watch lists.
Mandela and other members of the African National Congress have been on
the list because of their fight against South Africa's apartheid regime.
White man brutally oppresses and imprisons Black man. White man releases Black man from prison and under pressure from the western world, White man and Black man work out a decent deal, and because it's a pretty decent deal more White men give both of them the Nobel Peace Prize in 1993.
Pretty simple math... TERROR!
The fact Mandela was on the list isn't the scary part, the fact that he wasn't laughed off the list right away is. Obviously this was someone's idea of funny... right?
